I’ve always known that, but to this day I find it a bit of a challenge to retire early. Even if I’m very tired, I sometimes get tempted to watch TV until late, and I always regret that in the morning. Know what I mean?
Maybe it’s just me, but I can tell you that most of my “bad days” – when nothing goes right, I’m in a bad mood, being forgetful and making stupid mistakes – happen after a night when I went to sleep too late, just to watch another episode of “MEN” or something. Seriously…
I’m pretty sure that most people who suffer from tiredness or sleep problems “owe it” to this bad habit of going to sleep too late, mainly because of the TV, the WWW and alike.
I mean, let’s face it. If it wasn’t for TV or PC, most of us would go to sleep much earlier than we usually do, won’t we?
