Constant Tiredness & Lack of Energy (Medical Causes)

It was just until a couple of years ago when I was constantly tired and low on energy. I’ve had times when I dragged myself out of bed in the morning, only to fall asleep in the living room for a few more hours!

You may not sleep as much as I used to, but you may be constantly tired, because of the same reasons that were causing me to oversleep…

Hopefully your case is similar to mine, because It would mean that you can overcome it by yourself. However, constant tiredness can also be a sign of some serious illness…

Anemia, Hyperthyroidism, and even heart problems are just some of the medical conditions that can make you feel tired all the time.

Especially if you have other symptoms, such as headaches, loss of appetite, blurry vision or hallucinations, I recommend that you consult your doctor.

If you snore heavily, sweat a lot in your sleep, or wake up with headaches you may be suffering from some degree of Sleep Apnea – a quite common and possibly dangerous sleep disorder.

Sleep Apnea can severely damage the quality of your sleep, which of course affects your energy level.

On the lighter side – tiredness is also one of the most common side effects of many medications, including… sleeping pills!
