The video talks of ’steps’, but they’re actually individual tips, if you ask me.

The ’steps’ in a nutshell:

1. Write it down – everything you’re afraid of and why.

2. Have a Mantra – calming and encouraging words to repeat in your mind.

3. Clutch your fist – whenever you’re facing your fear.

4. Get relaxing nutrients – for example: from chicken, nuts and orange juice.

5. Use suitable essential oils.

6. Face your fear – again and again, as much as you can.

7. Use medications – only if you have to.
