My friend Michael had pointed out that Energy & Motivation sounds like a formula, an equation. If that’s true then the equation must be:
Energy + Motivation = Power to Take Action
When you are energetic and self motivated you have the power to take massive and persistent action toward your goals, which in turn anables you shape your life the way you want it to be!
