A bit about me and how to contact me

By the way, I’m accepting guest posts, so feel free to suggest your content (articles, video, anything). I prefer original and unique content, of course, but other than that I have no specific guidelines. Just send me a note and we’ll talk.
Here’s a bit about me…
From a Lazy ‘Over-Sleeper’ to an ‘Energetic Early Riser’…
My name is Rotem Cohen (pronounced Ro-Tem). I’m in my 30′s. I live in Eilat, Israel with my wife Ronit, and our young son Gilad (Born April 2008).
During most of my life I had been a lazy, depressed and un-motivated person…
I had trouble getting out of bed on time (in fact, I used to oversleep often), I was constantly low on energy, and I didn’t follow through on any plan or goal that I set for myself.
At the same time, I’ve always been a “self improvement junkie” – reading, watching and listening to self help material. Instead of music, my mp3 player is loaded with audio-books and recordings of self development information.
With the help of some of those resources (but also thanks to the amazing support of my loving wife) I’ve gone through a huge change and I can proudly say that today I’m a different person…
I am much more motivated and energetic, I’m in great shape, have a very positive outlook and I work persistently and productively toward my goals. Oh, and I never oversleep anymore. I actually wake up at 5:00AM on my days off!
From ‘Self-Help Junkie’ to Self-Help Blogger…
At some point I decided to share what I’ve learned with others. I started writing, reviewing websites, books and programs and recommending the ones I liked and found helpful.
A-Sleep.com was my first website, where I share tips and resources for overcoming tiredness and sleep problems ».
I started Energy & Motivation at about the middle of 2008 and it’s been my main focus ever since. My goal here is to create a resource for people who are a lot like me, (and I know that there are millions…) who have big goals and dreams and great potential, yet struggle with lack of energy and motivation.
I still have a long way to go myself, to be honest. For example, I still have some bad habits that I would like to get rid of, but that’s what makes it even more interesting…
You see, I’m talking from personal experience and I share tips and resources that I’ve personally found helpful (or at least interesting).
At Your Service,
